I'm Robert Wells, a Head of Drama, Eduqas GCSE Team Leader, examiner and CPD trainer with over a decade of experience helping Drama teachers build confidence, improve outcomes and develop successful Drama departments.

After years of leading departments, examining nationally and delivering professional development, I realised that many teachers weren't looking for more theory—they wanted practical strategies they could use immediately in their classrooms.

That's why I founded Drama Teaching Mastery.

My courses are designed to simplify complex areas of Drama teaching, provide genuine examiner insight and give teachers the confidence to make informed decisions about their curriculum, assessment and classroom practice.
