Eduqas GCSE Drama: Achieving Grades 7–9

A practical course focused on helping students access the highest grades in Eduqas GCSE Drama, with clear strategies for written responses, exam technique and practical assessment.

Terms & Conditions of Payment

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made with Drama Teaching Mastery (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By making payment, you (“you” or “the participant”) agree to be bound by the following:

 

1. Payment

1.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry to the course if full payment has not been received prior to the start date.
1.3 All fees are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.

2. Refunds & Non-Refundable Policy

2.1 Once full payment has been received, all course fees are non-refundable.
2.2 This policy applies regardless of whether you attend, fail to attend, or complete the course.

3. Transfers & Extenuating Circumstances

3.1 Requests to transfer to another course date will only be considered in cases of genuine extenuating circumstances (e.g. serious illness, bereavement).
3.2 All transfer requests must be made in writing at the earliest opportunity.
3.3 Approval of any transfer is at our sole discretion and subject to availability.
3.4 If a transfer is granted, it applies to one future course date only. Further transfers are not guaranteed.

4. Cancellations by Us

4.1 In the unlikely event that we cancel or postpone a course, you will be offered the choice of:

  • a full refund of fees paid, or

  • a transfer to an alternative course date (subject to availability).

4.2 We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you (e.g. travel, accommodation) as a result of cancellation or rescheduling.

5. Course Content & Access

5.1 We reserve the right to make changes to course content, materials, structure or delivery where reasonably required.
5.2 For online courses, access to course materials is for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed without our written consent.
5.3 All intellectual property rights in course materials remain the property of Drama Teaching Mastery.

6. Liability

6.1 Our courses are designed for professional development purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or earnings following completion.
6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the course.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
7.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Agreement

By completing your booking and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
